What we process

Account data such as your email address, billing data for paid plans, and operational data from connected servers: the requests you type, the operations performed and their results. This history exists so you can audit what happened on your machines.

Why we process it

To provide the service you signed up for, to keep it secure, to bill paid plans and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data and we do not use your server data for advertising.

Where it lives

Our infrastructure for this service is operated within the European Union, and data is protected in transit with TLS.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion and portability of your personal data, and you can object to certain processing. Contact us using the details on the imprint page.

Cookies and analytics

With your consent, we use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how this website is used, and Tawk.to to provide live chat support. These tools set cookies only after you accept them in the cookie banner. You can reject them, and you can change your choice at any time by clearing the consent cookie in your browser. Cookies that are strictly necessary to run the site are always active.

Retention

Action history is kept according to your plan's retention period, then deleted. Account data is deleted when you close your account, unless the law requires us to keep specific records longer.
